It is with sadness we have to announce that Gaselle is dead. This beautiful mare had an old damage
from she was a foal in her front leg, that made a lot of trouble and did hurt her a lot now.
Rest in Peace Gaselle!

CRUISER (AS Sinans Pacha x Salalah)
Pearl Bint Ajman (Ajman Moniscione x Panakeja) had the highest points of all fillies, 88.25.
She was given her points in the Int. B -Show class Yearling fillies, but she was only participating in the Futurity Cup,
were she won the 2th place.
Zensai Ibn Pacha (AS Sinans Pacha x Zangreal by Magnum Psyche) was only participating in the Futurity cup,
but was given his points in the Int. B Show class Yearling Colts, were his points would have given him 3th place.
He came 4. in the Futurity Cup competition against both fillies and colts.
Nordlys Araber is thrilled having 2 of 5 finale horses in the Futurity Cup finale.
Nordlys Araber did show Aisha who become class winner and Gold Champion Mare among very good participants.

Del 2. vil bli avholdt i uke 10 - helgen 12. - 13. mars 2011.
Kurset har som mål i gi deg verktøyet du trenger for å kunne lære hvordan man
stiller opp og presenterer en skolert hest i topp showkondisjon.
Det omfatter: utvelgelse av hest (rasebeskrivelse), blodslinjer, trening, bygge muskler, ernæring/foring,
grooming og preparering av hest (klipp ect), oppstilling, hvordan bør de forskjellige hestene
stilles opp i forhold til ekstriør, presentere hesten i showring, tips og råd om hva dommere ser etter,
hvordan håndtere hingster og unghester,hvordan trene vekk unoter og hvordan presentere hest for salg.
Pris:

RIDEKURS
Vi arrangerer ridekurs for nybegynnere, litt trenet og viderekommende!
Oppstart mandag 17.1 og onsdag 19.1 fra kl 1700- 18.30 og fra 19.00- 21.00.
Snille og skolerte hester, bl.a. shetlandsponnier og arabere.
Vi trener i ridehall og rir på tur i skog og mark.

Nette – 936 43 860Forberedelser til innridning på Arusha. Før vi sitter opp på hestene her ved Nordlys Araber blir alle hestene longert og
tømmekjørte for å lære segkommandoer, slik at de er trygge før vi presanterer de for rytter. Arusha har nå blitt ridd en periode
og er veldig lettlært og positiv. Madonna, Sidona, Magnima og Zangreal er også under innridning, Madonna og Sidona har
gått gode økter under rytter i ridehall, de forstår nå godt de drivende og forholdende signaler og begynner å ta god støtte på bittet. Zangreal og Magnima tømmekjøres, og er under tilvenning av rytter, noe som har vært helt uproblematisk. Madonna har blitt ridd noen turer i terrenget,til butikken, i undergangen og på hurtigbåtkaia der det skjer masse, noe hun tok med
knusende ro. Ønsker du hjelp til innridning eller viderutdanning av hesten din er du hjertelig velkommen til å ta kontakt!

We are pleased to announce that twice National Champion Cruiser has been sold to Fam. Gundersen.
They are excited and plans to ride, drive and show Cruiser.
Cruiser will be available for public during the breeding season at Nordlys Araber,
so customers will not miss the opportunity to breed with this super stallion and the bloodlines he represent.
Congratulations to Fam. Gundersen with this fantastic stallion!
Tragically we lost our precious filly Gabriella by Massai Ibn Marenga x WPB Gaselle. She really was a big fighter,
but the infection did sadly win. She will always be in our hearts. Must she rest in peace.
Big congratulations to Nina Berntsen as the new owner of the beautiful mare Electra,
we wish you both a bright future!
